WATSU (Water/Shiatsu) This aquatic bodywork is based on stretching, which strengthens muscles and increases flexibility. Warm water, which many associate with the body’s deepest state of waking relaxation, is the ideal medium. The support of the water takes weight of the vertebrae and allows the spine to be moved in ways impossible on land. Gentle, gradual twists and pulls relieve the pressure a rigid spine places on nerves and helps undo any disfuctioning this pressure can cause to the organs served by the nerves.

The WATSU receiver experiences this greater flexibility and freedom.

Experiencing both giving and receiving this most nurturing form of bodywork can help to heal what ever wounds of separation we carry, WATSU is rebounding therapy. WATSU is used around the world by professional body workers, physiotherapist, and psychologists, as well as the general public.

Maximum of 6 places available.

Course Fee

£180 includes pool fee.
