Cupping the farside way

This was on my The Farside calendar for today and reminded me of cupping.
The first experience I had of cupping was quite comical looking back. The Acupuncturist dropped the burning cotton wool on the floor, near my head ,setting light to the carpet! Luckily I knew what he was aiming to do or I think that I would have been running out the door. Needless to say the treatment went well after the fire was put out.
